Single Family Homes Available

Tenants looking to move into single family homes would be responsible for the home’s maintenance of regular mowing of grass, snow and ice removal from your sidewalks and driveway. Tenants would need to be able to move into their names the utilities such as the gas, electric, water and garbage.

If you’re approved through our quick application process our tenants will be required to sign a one year lease, listing all people living in the home, agreeing to our lease rules and communicating immediately anyone else that stays at your home longer than 7 days.
